Class Structure
Classes are 50 minutes long and generally follow an outline as follows.  However, much of the spoken word, the verbiage is intuitive and follows the 'energy' of the group, class structure may be altered to move mojo most effectively.

Part 1 - 10 minutes - Bringing the Body to Balance
  • This focuses on stimulating your neuro-lymphatic system, your thymus gland and various other points on the body.  It's essential to create a foundation for your body to feel comfortable, vibrant and alive.
       
Part 2 - 20 minutes - Releasing Stuck Emotions
  • There are 10 key categories of stuck energy:  heaviness, overwhelm, weight of others, responsibility overload, weight of past stuff, fear, anger, frustration, sadness, and personal power.  We address them all.

Part 3 - 10 minutes - Establishing Rhythm & Movement
  • Where are you going?  What do you want?  You don't have to know the specifics, but this section allows your subconscious mind to reconnect with a sense of purpose, passion and energy. 


Attendance
Attending one class is effective. 
Attending class on a regular basis allows you to peel away the layers as well as keeping your energy, focus and clarity tuned.  Much like having regular tune-ups for your car and keeping it filled with gas in case you want to go somewhere!
